During 2014 I started meditation with Hedy . It is a chance to stop and recharge the batteries and I have benefited greatly from the sessions.It is a guided meditation and handled beautifully by Hedy. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.(Kim, 45+)

I have been attending Hedy's Monday yoga class now for 12 months and have to say that I am totally addicted. I miss the classes when they stop in between semesters and can’t wait to start again when the next semester starts. There is something quiet spiritual and calming about yoga that I can feel as soon as I walk into the yoga studio.
