Policy and Class Information

What you need:

• ​Curiosity and a willingness to listen and "let go"
• Comfortable clothing
• Bring your completed Intake Form to the first class (not necessary for casuals)

Mats and other props are supplied but feel free to bring your own.

​Cost:

$225 for a 10-class Pass valid for 6 months (payable at commencement of term) Casuals: $30/class cash payable before each class (please confirm attendance to make sure the class is not full)
