Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured
(BKS Iyengar).

 I'm a qualified  IYTA  Yoga teacher with a postgraduate diploma in back-care yoga. 

Classes are designed for students of all levels. Modifications and props ensure that students feel safe to participate regardless of their experience and/or ability.

Tuesdays:
   9.00-10.15am

Wednesday:
   5.00-6.15pm

Fridays: 
   10.00-11.15am
