Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured
(BKS Iyengar).

 I'm a qualified  IYTA  Yoga teacher with a postgraduate diploma in back-care yoga. 

Classes are small and  designed for students of all levels. Modifications and props ensure that students feel safe to participate regardless of their experience and/or ability.

Tuesdays - Hatha Yoga:
   9:00-10:15am

Thursday - Meditation:
   5:00-5:40pm

Fridays - Hatha Yoga: 
   10:00-11:15am
